What are your favorite things about living and working in Miami?
I love living + working on South Beach as it’s a casual lifestyle that really works for my life and brand. In the morning I love to swim and yoga or meditation at the beach to start my day and in the afternoons I ride my bike to dinner or cruise around the neighborhood. We have a small team of girls that work in my office and the seamstress, cutter and pattern maker are all out of the factory. We are designing and manufacturing our collection and production in-house locally.
Where do you draw your inspiration from?
I am around constant inspiration w nature and the beach. Also, my travels add to a wanderlust spirit and very inspiring to learn other cultures, history, and languages.
When buying a bikini what should every woman keep in mind?
The most important thing is fit! You know what works for your body- keep that in mind also having a classic piece goes a long way.
What is your favorite swimwear trend?
I’m really loving the one-pieces and high waisted bikinis. We are also doing a lot of longer strings to add some movement.
Is the one piece fad going away anytime soon?
We have always specialized in one-piece but in the last 2 years, it’s our best seller. It’s super flattering and we love the high thigh! We say it’s staying!
Don’t walk, run to this week’s events! We will be featuring Bianca Colletti Swim at Fridays popup shop!
